As a property owner how do i get paid?

All payments are done via electronic transfer directly to your bank account. All monthly payments to the owners are processed by the 10th day of the month.

Is having a property manager worth it?

The monthly management fee is a tax deduction. You never have to deal with a tenant. You never receive a call in the middle of the night for a repair. 

Having a property manager frees up your time allows you to do what you do best…accumulate more properties.
